Gladden Farms, a premier master-planned community in Marana, just north of Tucson, continues to flourish with new amenities and opportunities for residents. Here’s what’s new:
1. New Fry’s Marketplace Now Open!
After years of anticipation, the Fry’s Marketplace at Tangerine and Lon Adams Roads opened its doors on October 16, 2024. This full-service grocery store enhances convenience for Gladden Farms residents, featuring a pharmacy, Starbucks, and a fuel center. The grand opening was met with enthusiasm, reflecting the community’s excitement for this valuable addition.
2. Upcoming Retail Developments
Adjacent to the new Fry’s, a 14-acre retail development is underway, set to introduce various dining and shopping options.
