Home Are Back on the Rise Here in Tucson, Arizona

It's been a wild ride in the real estate market recently. We've seen positive sign into home values in the past few months coming off of some depreciation numbers. Some data is even suggesting that the recent rises in inflation is partly due to home values back on the rise. It's hard to believe with interest rates above 7% that demand is still strong, with inventory still at all time lows. Tucson, Oro Valley, and Marana, are certainly no exception with median prices hovering around $355,000, days on market around 14 days, and about 2 months worth of inventory, staying unchanged from last month.
